This page explains how Robotika Futuristik Indonesia (RFI), operating as Robotshow.id, handles information submitted through this website, and the basic terms of using it.

Information we collect

The contact form on this site (Name, Email, Venue/Event, Message) does not submit to a server. When you click "Send inquiry," your browser opens your own email application with that information pre-filled as a draft addressed to info@robotshow.id. Nothing is transmitted to us unless you choose to send that email yourself. We only receive the information you include in the email you send.

How we use it

Any information you email us is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and coordinate a booking — nothing else.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or third-party trackers.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill a booking (for example, coordinating with a venue or logistics partner), and only with your knowledge.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data you've shared with us. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@robotshow.id.

Terms of use

Content on this site is for informational purposes; robot specifications and availability are subject to change.
Bookings are governed by a separate service agreement signed with RFI, not by this website.
Robots are operated exclusively by certified RFI crew; liability during deployments is defined in that agreement.
